Former executive director of the Greater Erie Youth Symphony Orchestra, Pamela Jane Weir-Graham, of Rochester, NY has been charged by the Erie County District Attorney's Office for misuse of credit cards belonging to the Greater Erie Youth Symphony Orchestra. While in her position as Executive Director, Weir-Graham misused two credit cards issued through National City Bank (Visa) to the Greater Erie Youth Symphony Orchestra (GEYSO). GEYSO primarily receives its funding through donors to the organization. GEYSO, in turn, had set up a business checking account to pay the bills incurred by the use of the credit cards every month. The credit cards were placed in the name of Dr. D'Angelo, the chairman of the board of directors of GEYSO and Pamela Weir-Graham, Executive Director. It is alleged that Weir-Graham used the credit cards for her own personal expenses. The amount of the theft was $27,617.11. Weir-Graham was charged with access device fraud and theft by unlawful taking. She was arraigned today before Magisterial District Judge Mark Krahe and released on a $30,000 unsecured bond

I can find nothing on the internet showing his insignia.

He could not give me a business card, he could not give me a brochure
(claims he only had one). He had no car visable on our street, when asked
about his car, he said they were "walking".

Young, short man with dark hair and a big smile with bright white teeth.
Dressed very casual, shorts and golf shirt. Stated that the city of Erie
"asked" him to promote this product.
 

I called the non emergency police phone number, the officer said that he had
gotten calls about this, but that Apex asked for permission to solicite.
Did the police investigate, even on the internet?

This smells of scam. Just looking for somebody to allow them inside their
house to check the layout of the home for future invasion.

People should be warned.
